About

I am a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute (FRI) of Canada and the Broker of Record with B&B Associates Realty Ltd., Brokerage. I am an active REALTOR^® in the GTA dealing primarily with residential clients. Prior to entering real estate, I was a partner in a computer consulting / software company for 15 years.

I am a happily married father of four children and an active volunteer in many areas. My real estate activities can be found on my election bio.

I grew up with a successful mother, Dorothy M. Roberts, FRI, Broker, past T.R.E.B. President. My software company shared office space with her real estate company for 15 years prior to my becoming a REALTOR^®. In this time I accumulated a lot of industry knowledge providing a solid professional base that has grown with my experience and extensive involvement in organized real estate and the real estate industry.

I have been involved for many years working on behalf of organized real estate with our different levels of government on advancing REALTOR^® issues such as the Municipal Land Transfer Tax, Electronic Signatures, Personal Real Estate Corporations, Phantom Offers and many others for the benefit of our membership. I am always happy to meet with and talk about REALTOR^® issues with fellow professionals.
